The Women’s Movements that claimed equality thorough the world were never isolated, but internationally connected – striving for more power through joining forces – and sharing their experiences. We hope that our detailed texts on feminism in Germany can showcase how things developed here, how the Women’s Liberation Movement in Germany started in the 1970ies and what Germanys feminists were/are fighting for.
